“Nate is great! He responded promptly to our initial email and remained responsive throughout the project. He worked with us to understand the custom piece we wanted (a bathroom vanity). Although there was an element of the piece that he hadn’t seen before, and was challenging to conceptualize, he maintained curiosity and positivity. He came to our house (masks on everyone) to better understand the space and the piece. Completion and delivery was timely. It is gorgeous—meeting and exceeding our hopes. I was especially impressed with Nate’s diligence with installation. It was challenging to fit the piece into the space due to an uneven floor and pre-existing cuts into the molding. (Our house is 100+ years old.) Nate was patient and problem-solved until it was done. After installation, we needed several cuts to the inside of the vanity in order to fit a sink. Nate charged a reasonable rate to come back and make the cuts. We feel fortunate to have found Nate and to now have his craftsmanship in our home. I highly recommend Nate.”
